London's Cheapest Boroughs Revealed
The latest Land Registry figures have shown where the cheapest London properties can be found.

Bexley is number one on the list of cheapest London regions, with an average house price of £323,746, more than £200,000 cheaper than the total London average of £530,000.

Barking & Dagenham comes in at number two, followed by Newham.

At the other end of the scale, Kensington & Chelsea property has an average value of £1,396,753. Meanwhile, the UK Average house price hit £190,000 in March.
