Kevin is the senior lettings consultant/valuer and his experience is invaluable to our landlords when advising them on rental values, quality of tenant and all aspects of the lettings market. He is also happy to spend time explaining the regulations/legislations to current and new landlords in the ever changing lettings/property management market. Outside of the office Kevin enjoys spending time in the gym and following Fulham Football Club.
